I was lucky enough to spend a semester studying abroad in the Czech Republic at NCSU’s sister university, the European Center in Prague. Completed as a part of my illustration studio there, this watercolor-and-ink tryptic is an illustrated postcard series of one of the famous houses in Prague, named “The House at the Golden Angel” for the titular statue over its entrance. It has served as an inn for many visiting nobility and celebrities over the centuries, including the Knights Templar and Mozart himself.
